Kevin Stahl
Managing Principal

Kevin Stahl, Managing Principal Skyhawk Capital Advisors

Kevin Stahl is a Managing Principal of Skyhawk Capital Advisors. Mr. Stahl is a seasoned real estate investment banking and finance professional with 28 years experience in the industry. Over this time Mr. Stahl has completed billions of dollars of transactions and advisory assignments across a broad array of real estate companies and products, including public and private company M&A, REIT Board Advisory, joint ventures, discretionary funds, private company entity-level investments, portfolio recapitalizations, IPOs, public equity and bond offerings, convertible preferred securities and acquisitions / joint ventures as an investor. Mr. Stahl has developed institutional investor relationships around the world, including private equity funds, insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and other large real estate companies. Mr. Stahl has worked on transactions with investors and real estate companies globally, including the U.S, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, the Middle East and Singapore.

Prior to launching Skyhawk, Mr. Stahl was Managing Director and Head of M&A and Private Capital for JLL Americas. His role included launching the platform in the U.S., new business origination, transaction execution and global investor marketing.

Before JLL, Mr. Stahl was a Partner and Head of Real Estate Advisory for Perella Weinberg Partners, a boutique advisory firm, where he focused on REIT Board advisory assignments, M&A and select strategic private capital raises.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Stahl was Managing Director and Co-Head of RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Investment Banking U.S. In this role Mr. Stahl was responsible for running the business as well as REIT coverage across sectors, focusing primarily on public capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Stahl started his investment banking career at Morgan Stanley in 1998. Prior to that, he was an acquisitions officer for a real estate private equity fund in New York City. He currently holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 24, 63 and 79.

Wendell Osborne
Managing Principal

Wendell Osborne, Managing Principal Skyhawk Capital Advisors

Wendell Osborne is a Managing Principal of Skyhawk Capital Advisors. Wendell brings significant experience across real estate investment banking and advisory, having advised public and private companies on complex transactions and advisory assignments across multiple sectors. Wendell has expertise in a broad array of situations and transaction types including strategic advisory, portfolio sales and recapitalizations, capital raising strategies for growth and liquidity solutions, joint ventures, strategic entity-level investments, public and private company M&A and REIT Board Advisory.

Prior to Skyhawk, Wendell was a Partner at Brookfield Financial (now Sera Global). As Co-lead of US Real Estate Investment Banking, his role included building and running the U.S. platform, supporting the growth of the global investment banking business, new business origination, transaction execution and global investor marketing. While with Brookfield Financial, Wendell spent time in Toronto, London, Munich and New York advising on many of Brookfield Financial’s marquee transactions and played a critical role in its global expansion. Having worked with investors and real estate companies globally, Wendell has developed a broad and deep pool of institutional investor relationships around the world, including private equity funds, insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and other large real estate companies.

Wendell received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Chemistry, a dual degree in chemical engineering and honors chemistry, from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Wendell has completed the New York State Real Estate Salesperson and Brokerage exams and currently holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 79 and 63.
